 Arm 64-bit (64 bits)/ NEON  View official documentation
 Location: Arithmetic  >  Vector Absolute Value
 Supported Architectures: A32, A64
Purpose:
Absolute value (vector). This instruction calculates the absolute value of each vector element in the source SIMD&FP register, puts the result into a vector, and writes the vector to the destination SIMD&FP register.
Result:

float16x8_t

Example:
#include <arm_neon.h>
#include <stdio.h>
int main() {
 float16_t a_data[8] = {
  -1.5f, 2.0f, -3.0f, 4.0f, -5.0f, 6.0f, -7.0f, 8.0f
 };
 float16x8_t a = vld1q_f16(a_data);
 float16x8_t result = vabsq_f16(a);
 float16_t result_data[8];
 vst1q_f16(result_data, result);
 printf("Absolute values:\n");
 for (int i = 0; i < 8; i++) {
   printf("%f ", result_data[i]);
  }
  printf("\n");

  return 0;
 }
