Vector Add
Purpose:
Floating-point Add (vector). This instruction adds corresponding vector elements in the two source SIMD&FP registers, writes the result into a vector, and writes the vector to the destination SIMD&FP register. All the values in this instruction are floating-point values.
Result:
float16x4_t
Example:
#include <arm_neon.h>
#include <stdio.h>
int main() {
float16_t a_data[4] = {
1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5
};
float16_t b_data[4] = {
0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5
};
float16x4_t a = vld1_f16(a_data);
float16x4_t b = vld1_f16(b_data);
float16x4_t r = vadd_f16(a, b);
float16_t result[4];
vst1_f16(result, r);
printf("%f %f %f %f\n", (float)result[0], (float)result[1], (float)result[2], (float)result[3]);
}
Prototypes
Assembly Instruction:
FADD
Usage:
float16x4_t result =
vadd_f16(
float16x4_t a, float16x4_t b
)
