 Arm 64-bit (64 bits)/ NEON  View official documentation
Purpose:

VRSQRTE finds an approximate reciprocal square root of each element in a vector, and places it in the return vector.

Result:

float64x2_t

Example:
#include <arm_neon.h>
#include <stdio.h>
int main() {
 float64x2_t a = {
  4.0, 9.0
 };
 float64x2_t result = vrsqrteq_f64(a);
 double out[2];
 vst1q_f64(out, result);
 for (int i = 0; i < 2; i++) {
   printf("%f ", out[i]);
  }
  printf("\n");

  return 0;
 }
